Fuego Baseball 2032 Goes 4-0 to Win Pineapple Express Championship

Fuego Baseball 2032 put together an outstanding weekend on January 31 and February 1, 2026, going a perfect 4-0 to capture the Pineapple Express Tournament Championship at Twin Creeks Sports Complex.

Fuego opened the tournament with a 7-5 win over Cali Breeze 12U Orange before shutting out the Pleasant Hill Hawks CB 12U, 9-0, to finish Saturday undefeated. On Sunday, the team continued its strong play with an 8-0 win over Club All Star 12U Columbia before facing Pleasant Hill again in the championship game and coming away with a 4-2 victory to secure the title.

The offense produced throughout the lineup, hitting .359 as a team while collecting 33 hits and scoring 28 runs over four games. Barrett Leicht led the way at the plate, hitting .700 with seven hits and four RBI. Aiden Ham hit .571 with a home run and two RBI, while Camden Parker hit .500 and drove in four.

Dylan Manago was named Fuego’s Tournament MVP after putting together a big weekend on both sides of the ball. Dylan hit .417 with five hits, two home runs, six RBI and seven runs scored, leading the team in both RBI and runs. He also contributed five strong innings on the mound, allowing just one earned run while striking out nine.

Fuego’s pitching staff was equally impressive, allowing only 13 hits and four earned runs over 21 innings while combining for 32 strikeouts. Mayson Martinez led the staff with six innings, allowing just one hit and no earned runs while striking out 13. Dylan added nine strikeouts over five innings, while Joey Carlson, Camden Parker and Barrett Leicht also contributed important innings throughout the weekend.

The championship capped a complete weekend for the 2032 group, with contributions coming throughout the roster and strong performances in all phases of the game.
